Agree with the people saying that you learned something objectively. Most of the time people will say something nice to your face and stab you in the back. This was the exact opposite. Since they said your face wasn't that pretty but you had a nice body take it as a half compliment. Honestly I'd take a butterface over a pretty girl mainly since butterfaces seem to have a little humility in life than the pretty ones. Usually the pretty ones think they are gods gift to the world while the butterfaces have great bodies but are more sincere since they've been picked on and usually have lower self-esteem. A little humility goes a long way with me since I think it's more of a trait than being pretty. Pretty usually makes people shallow.

You definately should have responded to them in Arabic, I love that I understand 3 languages other than English -- especially when you can let people know that their snide comments are not appreciated. They certainly are not as clever as they think they are, and I believe if you would respond to them in Arabic then perhaps they would be a little kinder to the next stranger they encounter.

haha im arab too and i totally woulda said something in arabic to shock them
