My Dr tried to diagnose me with bi-polar disorder a few years ago, but I knew I wasn't. I recently found out that I have PMDD (Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder) it's basically insane pms..depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations..here's a site that has a list of the symptoms...http://pmdd.factsforhealth.org/what/symptoms.asp Treated with anti depressants, hormone therepy or in worst case scenarios, Hysterectomy. You should talk to your gyno about this, if your only crazy half the time. Drs are so quick to assume..double checkin couldn't hurt :)
