Now there's going to be a lot of dumb criminals trying to rob a deli for the slicer so they can cut off their fingerprints as well.

I hope you remembered to deduct the weight of your fingertip from the customer's order. If it'd been worse, you might have had to give them a five-finger discount.

Today, I bought some sliced meat at the deli. Halfway through my sandwich, I found out that they included a thin slice of finger. FML

At least it was only a little bit and you didn't cut the whole tip of your finger off like one of my co-workers did. Next time, use the safety plate or kevlar gloves. That's what they're there for!

I've worked deli slicers many, many times and seriously, you either have to be not paying any attention at all or are just careless in general to hurt yourself that badly. YDI
