Today, while checking out a couple at work, I handed them their receipt and wished them a good day. The woman promptly pulled her husband to the side, and whispered to him about how much of a "fucking idiot" I was for making the prices so high. I work at McDonald's. FML

Today, I saw a man help an elderly lady with her tray at the local McDonald's. I wanted to do something nice for him, so I added a couple extra nuggets in his meal. He later came up to me and told me I was dumb and didn't know how to count, and that was why I was working at McDonald's. FML

It's not like ALL customers are like that. And I don't see why you have to look down on and "feel sorry" for people who actually have a job in a time like this. Most of the people who work with me at McDonald's are still in school, including me.

I don't know if I voted FYL because you work at McDonald's, or because that guy is an asshole, but that's a shitty situation. Shoulda spat in his drink in my opinion.
