Today, I was yelled at by a customer because I wouldn't give her a new iPhone 5 for free to replace her broken Nokia, which she threw out the window in "blind rage". I felt awful having to thank her for calling. Sadly, this is a daily event. FML

Today, while walking to work, I accidentally dropped my $400 cell phone on the sidewalk. The screen shattered into a million pieces. A woman passing by looked at the ruined phone and said, "Now that's what you call a dropped call!" She laughed and kept walking. FML

Today, a customer yelled at me so furiously that she sprayed my face with spittle. I had to stand there, smiling and politely explaining that I needed to see a receipt before I could give her a refund. When she finally gave up and left, my boss bitched me out for "provoking the customer". FML

Today, I took my new iPhone into a technician to complain that when people called me, the audio was very quiet and muffled. Convinced it was a fault, I demanded a replacement. That is when he peeled off the factory issued protective screen that covered the ear piece. FML

Sounds like my job. I got cursed out by a customer one time because their child took a shit on their cable box, and I refused to go have a technician go clean it for her. People are nuts!

You people are awesome for being so understanding and funny, cheers me up to see all your comments :) To be honest I love being yelled at daily, it's hilarious. Don't forget that when you're calling a call center we often mute our self en whilst you are talking to me I make fun of you with my colleague. That's what keeps me going everyday having REALLY sarcastic colleagues by your side. It's the fun people that makes a costumer look silly.
