I work as a cashier so I've seen and heard a lot of things in that time in customer service. The ones that freak out, yell at you, question you and anything else I seem to believe that their opinion is that they own you for that particular moment in time (during which if they say i want the one in blue you're suppose to jump and get it). Questions also seem to be getting dumber as people become less self reliant on themselves and no longer want to do their own inspection of what they are purchasing.
Wait, what? A Nokia broke? :O what if she has another 'blind rage' and throws the iPhone out too is she gonna want an S3?
People, reading comprehension please. First of all, read the other comments. The 30th time someone makes a "Nokias can't break"joke is definitely not as funny as the others. Secondly, it never said the Nokia broke. Let me ask you something: You throw something out the window of a moving car in anger. What are the odds you ever find that object?
Can I replace a new iPhone 5with my blackberry bold?Orz
Obama phone?
I hated working for At&t. I got cried at and screamed at daily.
OP- Customer service is a part of your job and you're stuck with some morons who have sub-zero mentalities. Roll with it, have mercy on them, they don't know what the heck they are doing... wish them "Happy Passover" and kill 'em with kindness while laughing at them for how stupid they actually are. Won't make your job better but the attitude shift will mean you live a long time and can become an old person, who, as we learn in the holy book of FML, is someone who can get away with saying and doing almost anything, no matter how offensive. You can daydream about your golden years of being a creepy grampaw or grammaw while dealing with Nokia hurling ding-bats!!! Now go out and have a nice day!
Exactly! Those things are like diamonds! The only thing that can break a Nokia, is… another Nokia.

I'm confused... Why would she need a new phone? Her Nokia should be fine...
