Today, I went into labor with my first child, and as much as I pleaded, I had to wait for my husband to finish his raid in World of Warcraft before he'd take me to the hospital. FML

Today, I went into labor and got my husband drive me to the hospital. Instead of staying by my side, he rushed back home for a World of Warcraft raid. His excuse? His friends were counting on him and they'd be pissed if he let them down. FML

Today, I gave birth to my first son. He was 11 pounds and the labour lasted 22 hours. My husband was absent for 8 of those hours because he slipped when my water broke, cracked his head, and ended up in the ER next door. FML

Today, I gave birth to my firstborn child. Somehow, my mom and mother-in-law made their way to the delivery room, and walked in mid-push. While they were escorted out, I overheard my mother-in-law asking the nurse how her son, my husband, was holding up. FML

Today, I went into labor, and my husband wasn't answering his phone. I called my sister to ask her to drive me to the hospital but she said she'd only do it if I paid her $1000. I had to dial 911, and almost gave birth in my bathroom in process. FML

Today, I gave birth, but my husband was late and got here just in time to cut the cord. He was hung over after celebrating his impending fatherhood all night. He missed the cord twice, cut it, then fell over, and wound up in the bed next to mine, with a hydrating IV and a bashed head where he hit it on the baby's cot. FML

Today, I realized that my husband has a video games addiction. I am currently pregnant; he brought us to the same country he's in so we can finally live together, only for me to witness him being glued to his laptop all day and all night playing WoW. He's forgotten I even existed. FML

Today, my wife's water broke so I drove her to the hospital. After 16 hours without labor, I went home to get a little sleep. Four hours later I got the call and ran outside to find that my car was towed from my parking space. FML

Omg seriously people who cares it's just a game. Now a baby is more important. I play but if my son comes to me with a toy I get off and play. A raid is nothing compared to a child

Definitely would have cut the power. My sister was having heart problems during her pregnancy and asked her husband to drive her to the hospital. He just HAD to pick up a part for his car on the way, leaving her alone in the car with a racing heart beat for about 15 minutes while he chatted inside.

To those who are saying YDI because OP didn't unplug his electronic, or call someone else to come get her - she went into ******* LABOR. I'm pretty sure that pretty hard when you're in ******* labor. She was probably in the same room as her husband, and so she could just ask him to drive her to the hospital. But he was too engulfed in WoW to care about his infant or his wife. FYL, NOT YDI. It wasn't OP's fault.
