That must mean you usually put a lot of makeup on. Makeup is meant to only enhance your beauty, not create a totally fake beautiful mask.

Lol you should just use that as a get out if work tool everyone in a while, like go to work with makeup then at lunch take it off and be all like oh no I'm sick

First of all, go OP for not needing to wear make-up. And second, getting the day off was bonus points. If you ask me, this is more of a double win than an FML. Lucky OP.
