You know, "The Adventures of Pete and Pete" would take on a whole new meaning if that guy was gay...
6 dates and you hadn't slept together yet? sounds like you didn't give him much choice but to just say **** it and whip it out lol
Even I got what he meant by Pete.
Date 1= cup of tea at mall. Date 2= cup of tea at classier mall WITH almond quasant. Date 3= Ice skating in park, followed by walk home. [No kiss at door] Date 4= rom/com movie with popcorn. Taxi home. [Cheek kiss to relieve awkward tension] Date 5= Dinner at romantic locale. Nice wine, Taxi ride. come in for coffee? ... actually have coffee. If Pete is short for Peter than maybe his Penis is shorter than a peter (other way of saying Penis)

I hope you shook hands with Pete when you met him. It's rude not to. Maybe an embrace and a few kisses if it's more informal.
One cannot say the same for Pete.
