I'm 19, but I look 12. doesn't help that i'm "short n' cute", so i know all about that. Just smile! or make them feel bad about it, that's always funny. or leave a big mess. personally i'm more of a revenge getter

Don't worry about it. Sometimes they are just weird that way; doesn't necessarily mean you look like you're 12. My husband and I got carded going into the mall one night--you can't go in by yourself unless you're over 15. I was 30; he was 27 and had a full beard.
