My girlfriend did something similar when I started doing p90x. She thought I was trying to get in shape so I could get other girls. I'm just trying to be healthy because my family has a history of heart problems and my age is catching up to me. Plus every time i work out it boosts my confidence and elevates my mood for the rest of the day. It's addictive.
