Damnit, I hate cheaters. In my opinion, it's simple. If you want to screw around, then don't commit to a relationship. If you want one person more than your current boyfriend/girlfriend, then at least have the guts to break up with them before letting those eyes (closely followed by hands and genitals) wander. You have no excuse. Your life is ****** but you deserve it 100%.

Look he said he liked a girl but he didn't do anything with her or had physical relations with her. you can like other people when you are in a relationship. it doesn't mean that he was going to leave her. also what if the gf is okay it, aren't you allowed to have friends you like with the opposite sex? if u didn't like them why would you hang out with them? also he probably he meant a different kind of like, I might be wrong, we don't know do we?

They went out to buy groceries so they could make dinner. At a house. Where one thing could easily lead to another. Technically he didn't cheat, but maybe he was hoping to?

i agree with #24, don't get me wrong though i loathe cheaters HOWEVER just because he went to hang out with a girl he happens to like while his gf was busy doesn't mean hes cheating, cut him some slack and give him the benefit of the doubt unless you actually know him.

Ok, as others have said, if he wasn't planning on cheating, he wouldn't have made an FML. Read between the lines: his gf was busy, that meant he was free to use the time to cheat. He was shopping for groceries with a girl he likes other than his girlfriend, which means they are going to cook together in a kitchen at someone's home alone together romantically; from there he most likely was going to use this as a perfect chance to **** around behind his gf's back. The fact that gf's parents saw the two of them together shopping isn't so bad, but he probably had his arm around her or was flirting in some way that incriminated him which leads to the FML post. Otherwise, not a big deal. Just because he got caught in the middle of his big plans to seduce this girl doesn't mean it's not the same as cheating, because it is. He had a plan, and he was going for it. Or would you people defending OP's actions feel differently if you caught your significant others in the same situation, going behind your back to get with someone else, or would you still say it's not cheating?

seriously he was out with another girl who he did not say was a friend but a girl he liked he is obviously cheating and therefore obviously deserved this 100%!!! he f**ked his own life up by cheating he got what he deserved!
