Today, I went through the drive-through at Dunkin Donuts and asked for an iced coffee. After no response, I started frantically screaming about bad service. After a while, a woman came out to my car and said, "Please pull up to the speaker." I'd been yelling at a garbage bin for 5 minutes. FML

YDI for being psychotic AND stupid.

I'm surprised you are even competent enough to post this.

Wooow, that makes me laugh. Before you start bitching out a company for "poor customer service" make sure you're not being a bad customer! YDI.

lmao u sound like my neighbor XD

This one just made me very angry inside : And the part where you spent that much time yelling at an inanimate object is why the rest of the world thinks American's are just hateful and retarded... (I know they're not, but it is the general consensus)

That early in the morning, I kinda understand how you can be mixed up, how he can mistake a garbage for a speaker? Don't you guys realise that if there isnt a logo on the garbage, its usually the color of the franchise, like here in Canada at our Tim Hortons, the speaker and garbage are the same color. Easy mistake early in the morning all pissy n shit... I understand also why you would flip out, here at Tim Hortons, once my husband and I were the ONLY ones in the coffee shop, the worker had to make toast with butter, pour a soup, make an iced coffee and pour a regular coffee.... Swear to god it took 20 minutes before we got our full order, no exagerations. Service in Timmie's or for you in Dunkin's can be TOTAL shit. Their employees are usually for a few weeks then they get the boot, or they're high school students who don't WANT to work but work anyways for the cash...

so, you're saying everyone who works there and is not a student actually wants to work there and doesn't do it for the money?

you FRANTICALLY start screaming? i mean, i can understand angrily ranting "Well, you should really have someone at the speaker at all times, blahblahblah" but yelling and screaming? That's not exactly the most mature thing to do, and how you thought it was mature is beyond me. YDI.
