And whatever her excuse will be, it won't be able to cover up her story for saying that. Bring it up to her boss.
She could just lie. Once when I was a cashier I told a customer, "**** you." My manager believed me when I denied it. That customer deserved it, though. He called me an asshole for refusing to sell him cigarettes, but I'm not the one who wrote the tobacco laws, or the one who lost his ID.
Well, your manager is an idiot. Whether he deserves it or not that's no way to speak to a customer.
The way he spoke to me was no way to speak to someone who is just doing her job either. That guy came in every day trying to buy cigarettes without an ID and he looked like he was about 16. I told him "no" every day, and the next day he'd come back trying to buy cigarettes again. One day I explained to him, perhaps a bit annoyed, that I couldn't sell him cigarettes without an ID because I could lose my job and get a $5,000 fine. He responded by calling me an asshole as he walked out the door, so I yelled ",**** you!" back. My manager believed me because that was very out of character for me, and we were all already pretty sure that kid was a liar (about his age at least.) I wasn't going to lose my job over that punk, although in hind sight I probably would have just been written up. Still, I regret nothing. Thug life.
There always duct tape for stupid. Feel better op she probably needs it more then you which is why she said anything.
She should be fired!! And by the way, I'm sure you are beautiful without it :)
*Rude by Magic starts playing over the speakers*
And that's when you tell their boss.
Tell her "you'll need another job after i tell your manager"
I think the cashier simply meant the volume of the contents in the box are not enough for your face or that the shade doesn't match or something to that effect
Yeahhhhh... HIGHLY DOUBT IT.
Well that was a horrible thing to say

Well that was rude. I don't understand why people think it's acceptable to comment on people's appearance in such a derogatory way.
