Today, I went to see the new Twilight movie, for the second time. The first time was at the midnight premiere. I would be "okay" with it if the person who had dragged me to see it both times hadn't been my boyfriend. FML

**** its not Twilight 2! Its called NEW MOON. I wish people would stop calling it the second Twilight movie or Twilight 2. 'Twilight' really has nothing to do with it, its the name of the first book. The second book is called NEW MOON.

I don't want to see twilight 2 or any of the other movies which follow it. And I fail to see how the first twilight movie has nothing to do with the second one. Is it not about a 107 year old virgin "vampire"?

And anyone who says that Twilight is not the most awesome movie ever and that Edward is not the cutest boy in the world and who thinks that Jacob should beat Edward in their NOT ****-erotic battles is also an ignorant asshole! You should dump him, not because hes gay or a crap boyfriend, but because he deserves so much better than you. Now i don't know you so i can't call you a whinny ungrateful stuck up *****, i'm sure thats just how your coming across at the moment, but you have breached the trust in your relationship, and that is unforgivable. Now i went to see Twilight with my girlfriend a year ago on our first date, and i liked it, i'm even thinking about buying the book but tbh i have better things to read, i like my books with more blood. But liking Twilight, as well as being a great way to communicate with my girlfriend on an emotional level, was a fantastic way to get in her pants, theres nothing gay about that. Besides have any of you twilight haters seen New Moon? The werewolves are ******* badass, twice the size of a bear, and i'm not sure how to spell it, the Voultouri i think it is, an old and powerful vampire family are the classic elder vampire steriotype AKA cruel, heartless and sadistic. And the only reason the vampires sparkle instead of die is to make it imposible for them to kill themselves, so Edward has to find alternate means to die, it's a plot device not a whim of the author to be gay.

Here's the thing of it: It's not that liking Twilight makes you gay (trust me, I'd be one of the last people to say that or to imply being gay is at all a bad thing), it's that supporting Twilight kinda makes you a bit of an asshole (if you're old enough to realize it) or misled (if you aren't). We're talking about a series that glorifies an abusive, paedophilic stalker, an obsessive Mary Sue, and their "perfect" relationship. And it's targeted at teenage girls. If you support sending that message to today's youth, you're kind of an asshole. Period.
