OP here - I've tried to leave an update a few times but it never sends -_-' I did go to the hospital that day and the over all verdict was in fact an ulcer. I'm on really strong antacids now. I also quit that job 2 weeks after this post, but only after securing another one. I'm much happier now, thank you everyone!

Jeez OP, are you still alive??
Anyone who would mock someone for calling in over a migraine had obviously never had a migraine. It's more than a "really bad headache," as I've heard some call them. It's like your head is splitting open, while you get sick to your stomach and every little light or sound makes you want to die.
I hope you got to a dr, or will be soon. I've dealt with migraines most of my life, as have many that I know, and vomiting blood has never ever been a "thing" that's happened. That sounds serious.
It's possible OP has an ulcer from the NSAIDS. NSAIDS are so harsh on the stomach. The nausea and vomiting is normal with migraines (according to my neurologist), but migraines should not be causing someone to vomit blood.
If this is a real story you might have a bigger problem

Show it anywayMigraines don't cause gastro bleeds, OP. Get thee to a doctor!
Seriously OP, please go see a doctor. You could be very ill. As for the migraines, I have multiple friends who have suffered from migraines for years and have found a list of food triggers, which they cut out either one by one or all at once and the migraines completely stopped. For my coworker, the trigger was chocolate and he hasn't had a migraine since he stopped eating chocolate. I've never suffered from migraines so I've never tried it myself and maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I'd say it's worth a shot. I wish you the best of luck, OP.

You could have meningitis or an ulcer it's not a normal thing for a migraine to cause gastrointestinal bleeding.
Go see a doctor then update your resume and find a new job. I work through migraines myself but any company that bullies you for getting them (or going home) isn't good enough for you. Work somewhere where they have basic respect for others.
