Today, I woke up and stepped out of bed right into a pile of dog crap. Acting quickly, I jumped on to my other foot, which would have been a great idea, except for this morning there were two piles. FML

Your dog anticipated your clever plan and developed a counter strategy for it... a wise and powerful general your dog is... bow to his superior intelligence.

Sorry if I don't get it, but how come there is dog crap near your bed ?

you need to be proactive here most well trained dogs will not soil indoors unless there is inadequate care (eg no walks, no access to bathroom/outside) either that, or your dog is sick/old and cannot help it, in which case it's still your responsibility to ensure he visits the vet

uh, it's just some poop. yeah, it's frustrating to step in, but not frustrating enough to freak and go Ahhh FML! I stepped in poop! I'm gonna die! get in the shower and pick it up, everything's going to be okay, bubb.

I am amazed by all these perfect pet owners who have never experienced a dog having an accident in the house. My vote is that they don't actually have dogs. Sometimes accidents happen -- or in this case, two accidents, which just goes to show that sometimes dogs need to go more frequently than you can accommodate. It's possible to walk your dog before bed and have no results, only for them to need to go in the middle of the night, and this is what happens. It's part of having a dog, no YDI about it. Maybe this isn't a true 'FML', but it does suck to wake up to this.

Sounds like a start to an unlucky day, FYL.
