the manager probably learned to text from a flip phone that didnt have a full keyboard. it was so much effort to use proper language that people texted like this. thats why its usually adults who use this text lingo,

Were you given you 3 written warnings within the prescribed time frame or are they firing you on one of the few immediate termination offences? if they are not, have fun with the ccma and make them regret ever knowing you and make them pay
