Butt is a muscle and when it's big that means it contains fat!

Sometimes wide hips are referred to as big butts too. I don't think a kid can really tell the difference. And some women actually have big round butts that are (mostly) muscles, not fat. Plus, a girl can really be quite slender and still have a big butt, it's genetics. (Not talking about myself here, unfortunately, just making a point.)

Even if she was fat, that doesn't mean she deserves to have some stranger's kid spouting his mother's ignorance and judgment at her, as if being fat means she shovels down cookies so often her bag is full of them. My mother eats quite healthily, but she is still overweight because she can't do any significant exercise (heart condition - she's breathless after getting the mail from the mailbox). I'd hate for someone to just walk up and make her feel bad about her body. I'd hate that even if she did eat cookies every day.
