Today, it's my first day at a new school. I transferred here halfway through the year to get away from a girl who bullies me. She's apparently bullied her mom into transferring her here as well. FML

Today, it's my first day of high school. It's also my first day of a three-day in-school suspension. The reason? I sat next to a girl and she immediately got up and told the teacher that she didn't "feel safe". FML

Today, I unwillingly transferred to a private from a public school this year, due to my parent's rampant political beliefs. Some of the popular girls I went to school with in elementary school also attend this school. I smiled at one of them in the hallway when I saw them this morning. She saw me and rolled her eyes. FML

Today, I had to show a new student around my school. Normally, that wouldn't be such a bad thing, but the student was my crazy, overly-attached ex. I transferred schools to get away from her in the first place. FML

Today, I discovered that the school I transferred from last year is closing. All the people that I so happily escaped from and left behind at that school will now be flocking to my new school senior year. Faaaantastic. FML

Today, my school sent me an email saying I would be transferred to another class this Monday. I told my mom about it. Turns out my drunk mom ran into my teacher at a bar and started berating her for being at the bar, instead of grading her “kid’s exam already.” I’m a high school senior. FML

Try standing up to her, most bullies pick on people because they think they will never do anything back. Even if it gets you in trouble, it's better then dealing with her constantly. If not, a restraining order may work if you can give proof of what she is doing.

The seriousness and extent of this situation suggests that you should not try to handle this yourself, but seek outside help from an adult or authority figure. I would bring the intensity of this situation to the attention of your parent(s), the school administration, and your local police (if you feel this situation is severe enough). These problems can be solved with the proper steps. Please, do not listen to those not taking this post seriously & do not try to handle this using violence against your bully or yourself. Stay strong and seek help in the right places to protect yourself. It will get better. Good luck, OP.
