62 - As a French guy living in America, I'd like to point out that no, there are no states in which the entire population speaks French, including Louisiana, where the French is very broken. And even if that's not what you meant, very few people take French in high school and more than half of them don't take the class seriously. I have several friends who try to hold conversations with me in French based off the one or two broken sentences they remember from the class. Hell, I have friends who take it on college and can still only string together a few measly sentences and barely hold a 2 minute conversation with me. In fact the only person I've ever met here who spoke it fluently was a tourist from France. 17 made a valid point. He or she wasn't demeaning the language, they were merely saying the OP shouldn't expect everyone here to know how to speak French, just as you wouldn't expect everyone in France to speak English. That would just be ignorant on both parts.
bon ecoute tu t'en fiches si t'a besoi de quelqu'un pour communiquer en francais t'a qu'a m'envoyer un message ;)
i went through the same thing it gets easier
eh ben, bah FML validée. Sinon bien les U.S.A ?
YDI. Only 30% of Canadians can speak french. You shouda known that.
that's right! if french people have "problems" with their language (i'm french, so i know whar i'm talkibg about), that's only because most of them don't speak french very well. French is a more difficult language than English, so be open-minded, understand this french saying "qui se ressemble s'assemble". I mean, he didn't want to oblige anyone to learn English, he just wanted to find someone who shares his language.
first of all it's a "she" secondly, "share" with us in proper English please.
