Today, it was my friend's 18th birthday. She had invited us out drinking. I've never had alcohol before and was very excited. I got a call explaining that she had invited one too many and asked me not to come. People bragging on facebook about what a great time they were having didn't help either. FML

Today, all my friends had a huge party and 'forgot' to invite me. They only remembered about me at 2 am when they called asking for rides home because they were all too drunk to drive. FML

Today, it was my 21st birthday. My roommate insisted her friend join us. They both got belligerently drunk while I was pretty sober. We ended the night at 12am with her friend violently sobbing at the bar over her boyfriend, while I played Subway Surfers. Yay. FML

Today, my "best friend" invited me to drink with her and a couple other friends. She told me to "just bring a few bucks for beer". When I got there, no one else had brought money, including her. They only invited me because I'm the only one with a job. FML

Today, I threw a birthday party for my boyfriend. As a joke, my friend and I served him non-alcoholic beer to see how he'd react. After a while, he faked being drunk, using it as an excuse after I caught him making out with one of my so-called "friends". FML

Depending on where you live, the minimum drinking age is twenty-one and this could serve as a confession to underage drinking. Be glad you weren't there in case the cops were called, OP. There are far better things to do in life than to drink, especially with people who didn't want you there to begin with. :/

It's from the UK where the minimum drinking age is NOT 21, ergo not a "confession". The cops wouldn't've been called. And I got the impression they went out to a bar or something, so the cops probably wouldn't have been called, they'd've been bumped at the door. :/
