Yeah right because there's no way anything besides meat contains protein. Do you even understand basic biology?
Broccoli has more protein than meat.
I have a friend with I think the same problem. She can't eat any fruits or vegetables or else her mouth and throat become unbearably itchy. The only way she can eat any fruit or vegetable is if she has them cooked or steamed, because it cooks out whatever is in it that she's allergic to.
life hates vegans:(
Just cook your food and you'll be fine
living in a house full of vegans with tons of different allergy triggers, I feel your pain
Girl I'm so sorry! I'm vegan too. My body was freaking out not long ago, red and itchy after eating most things, and I went to an herbalist to check it out. Turns out it wasn't food related at all, and I'm back to eating vegan goodness. Maybe go find an herbalist near you [mine is in AZ] and see what they have to say. Good luck!!
Eat meat like a normal person, problem solved
I know this goes against vegan propaganda but humans aren't best suited to a vegan diet or a meat diet. There are people who are allergic to animal products and people who have sever allergy to most plant based foods. For health, you should listen to your body. But if you are vegan because of your beliefs, well that's different and you won't be the first martyr to suffer for your beliefs.

That would be funny as hell if meat turned out to be the only thing you weren't allergic to.
Beeing healthier than the average american isn't really a big accomplishment.
