Yes, because that 30 year old newly-wed who just conceived with her husband dresses slutty and that definitely means that's what caused her to get pregnant. Clothes have nothing to do with pregnancy, nor does it say ANYWHERE that her daughter dresses that way. Grow up.

Promoting celibacy/abstinence along with safe sex just sends mixed messages imo. "Don't have sex, sex is wrong, but if you do, be careful." Countries that don't bother with abstinence education (and props to those countries) have much lower teen pregnancy rates than Ireland at least, not sure about the States. Probably them too. And to the OP: I appreciate that it's a shock to find out, but your daughter's definite pregnancy is a bigger issue than your potential loss of face. She's just a kid, support her, and good luck with it.
