That when the kid gets nothing all year, they will appreciate anything by next Christmas.
One less person to shop for in future.
I hope his parents at least had the decency to look embarrassed if they were present....=/
Well the question is. Is it? Hmmm... But still gotta agree. That kid sure is ungrateful. Tsk3
He's a prodigy! Some day he will grow to be a huge asshole. But seriously, he is 6. He probably just picked that up. (from you?)
The next words out of my mouth would've been, "Oh really? Well I'll just bring that back then." If he decided to act even worse there'd be no gift for him next year. I saw my sister do this when we were kids and it took all I had not to launch myself at her. Sometimes it's that best that person can afford. I would be ashamed if this was my kid!
Well maybe stop being cheap
It just amazes me how spoiled some children are. It sounds like this kid gets everything he wants and his behavior is brushed aside because it's easier than dealing with it. I wild have calmly taken it back and said to him, "I'm actually glad that you feel that way, because I didn't think you deserved it."
Punch him in the face an take it back spoiled little shit

You know what else is cheaper? No gift at all. See how much he likes that.
I'd take it back and say " ok nothing for you then"
