That's terrible OP. if I ever have a business I'll like to keep it within the family but maybe the hug was just a crumb of the whole cookie. OP might be a lazy sloth who feels entitled to do anything because her dad's the boss which brought complaints from the other workers and thus being fired.
Thanksgiving is gonna be a hard time for you....
That must suck. But higging your dad as soon as he turns your boss in the workplace might be a bit unprofessional.
How exactly does someone hig a dad?
You know she meant to say hug............shut up and stop trying to be cool mentioning someone else's mistakes...
I'm sorry. That must suck
That's just mean.
Though I agree it's unprofessional, it's not really a reason to fire somebody. Sorry about that OP.
It sounds almost guaranteed that we are getting a bare-bones account here which, while probably not technically a lie in any specific detail, omits all the relevant context.
He's your dad at home, and your boss at work. It is a bit of an overreaction but still you should not hug him at work I think. Keep work and private separated.
Damn!.. what kind of father is he...
Don't you know there shouldn't be any public displays of affection in the workplace? CX but thats harsh.... but its always hard working with family...
