At least you didn't say what I said to my boyfriend when he whipped his out for the first time. I said, "It's smaller than I thought it was going to be." (I swear, I thought I was just thinking it!) That was almost 8 months ago and we're still in love lol. If we can survive that, then I'm pretty sure you're fine. The first time you see any penis, it's always awkward. Just explain the situation to him, I'm sure he'll be fine. At least you complemented it. Just remember, sometimes it's best to say nothing. :P
