P.s you're not in shape just because you're skinny or lift weights. In shape is the ability to jog 1mile 1/2 with no problem. There is a such thing as being skinny and fat at the same damn time. *future voice

Careful! Those workouts are mind boggling. You definitely have to work up to it... you can end up hurting yourself really badly and then you're back to square one. Careful, careful, careful.

The informercial for that workout was a serious deterrent for me even trying. Walking push ups? I can't even do 10 stationary push ups without great difficulty. The "girl" push ups I might add. So good for you for even attempting. I hope it gets better if you decide to keep at it!!

I feel like, unless you have some condition you can't help like asthma or the like that prevents you from being active, it is your fault. xD> Doesn't mean you should feel bad though! You still went for it and if you keep at it (safely, so that you don't pass out again) I'm sure everything will be dandy.

C'mon the warm ups aren't too hard, especially to the point of passing out.

That's a great workout, and it can be very challenging if your gym clothes have been laying around for a while, but you shouldn't give up, it's not suppose to be easy.

I did that stuff and I'm only 15, it's not that hard unless you're seriously out of shape. Keep working at it.

The fact that you're still so young and probably have a lot of energy just means that it may be easier for you than it is for OP.

It's okay...I'm sure I wouldn't make it past the warmup either..
