I do insanity and i can personally say those workouts are rough. You were probably dehydrated OP, don't take it hard on yourself.
It's tuff, but you can do it if you do what you can at your own pace.

I've gotten into shit like that from P90X, but not nearly as extreme though.
I've done a workout before and it was REALLY difficult. And this is coming from a relatively in-shape person. Don't be discouraged OP.
Hey, I understand. I do an Insanity class five days a week, and even still get dizzy during the warmups. It's all about taking breaks.
I probably would too. I'm not fat, but not conditioned. Stick with it, take breaks if you need to and you'll work your way up. I'm on day 2 of squat, abs and arms challenges- after not working out for long time. Walking a little funny, but I'll get there lol. Good luck OP!

Those workouts are ridiculous! It took me a week to recover from one!
