To those asking why she let him; most usually the guy in a relationship is bigger and stronger. when my guy did it to me, he held me down. I slapped at him but he just thought it was hilarious.

Take a bottle cap and twist it back and forth over the hickey (it'll probably hurt like hell on the forehead) it'll disperse the blood.

btw in case anyone's confused, a hickey is pooled blood cause by sucking it all into one spot. Twisting the bottle cap on it breaks up the pooled blood and disperses it, making the hickey disappear.
