Today, my boyfriend of 3 months and I were in the middle of a heavy make-out session when his cell rang. Normally, he'd ignore it. This time however he pushed me off of him and said "Shit! It's probably my girlfriend!" I thought I was his girlfriend. FML

OOps. Sounds like a communication error. The way your write this, it clearly sounds like you didn't realize he had another girlfriend and honestly had no idea that you were the 'other woman'. I hope you left right then and there. If not, I hope there's some way that you can get her number, call her up, and let her know that until 'now' you were 'the other woman' and that you're very sorry because you had no idea. Make it clear that it wasn't your fault and that you didn't know but that you wouldn't be seeing him anymore. Make it clear to her that he doesn't deserve to see EITHER of you anymore.

I''d definitely have let her know what was going on. That's not right. I'm sorry that happened to you OP. Hopefully by now you've found someone better for you. :)

Usually when you've been dating for 3 months and are that close to each other to be making out, it's a pretty good assumption you're boyfriend/girlfriend.

I'd have grabbed the phone and told her what was going on at that point.

You should take yourself seriously enough to find a guy who will be straight forward. You should assume you're not dating unless he specially asks you to be his girlfriend or explains his intensions.
