Today, my boyfriend of five years gave me the silent treatment, refusing to talk to me or do anything more than glare at me during the entire three hour drive we took this morning. Why? Because I slept with his best friend. In his dream last night. FML

One of my friend's would dump her boyfriend if he had a sex dream about someone else. She said he'd subconsciously not want to be with her anymore. I tried to reason with her but she was pretty adamant that what dreams were.

I agree... sometimes you have one of those dreams that is so real it effects your mood for a while. My wife used to do this shit to me... she would be over it in a matter of an hour or so. Sometimes it just takes a while to get hurtfull feelings out of your mind... consider if you would have had and extremely vivid dream that your mother died. I imagine you would feel kind of strange about it for a few hours... Some people would even go so far as to call said mother to make sure things were straight. emotions can be bitches sometimes.
