Today, my boyfriend of five years gave me the silent treatment, refusing to talk to me or do anything more than glare at me during the entire three hour drive we took this morning. Why? Because I slept with his best friend. In his dream last night. FML

This once happened to me. I had a dream I cheated on my boyfriend with Beast from Beauty in the Beast WHILE HE WAS STILL IN BEAST FORM! I thought it was funny so I told my boyfriend, who got all pissy and said if I was having dreams I was cheating on him than I "obviously was really thinking about it." Beast. In beast form. Really?

What is with people getting pissed at others for what happens in dreams? I mean if I got mad at people for what happens in my dreams I would be constantly pissed off at flame-eyed leprechauns with fangs as well as giant three headed cobras.

This is the first FML I modded that made it onto the website! ^_^ Reminds me of a Flight Of The Conchords episode. Mel had a dream that Jemaine was mean to her, and when they saw each other the next day, she insisted that he apologized. It was funny. (Any other Conchords fans who know what I'm talking about?) OP, I definitely agree that he overreacted, but I also understand what previous commenters have said about how a dream can be so vivid that you can still feel upset about it after you wake up. I've had plenty of dreams where I fought with my parents, and I'd wake up mad at them before realizing it wasn't real. Hopefully he's gotten over it by now. And #56 made me laugh.

My gf has dreams about me cheating on her all the time..then I get a call at 3 in the morning and I spend an hour telling her that I've been faithful to her and always will..ah the things we do for love. haha but yea ur bf is being a little too much of a douche about it.
