Haha what a romantic way to marry a partner! I say run for ur life lol!
MARRY him win win situation get the benifit of bieng married but with out all the nagging and not waking up next to him every day
hell yeah BAH!
Unfortunately this happens way too often. it's true that if you're married in the army you make almost $600 more a month, and then even more if you have kids! But as an army wife, I have seen way too many divorces, abusive relationships and adultery happen due to quickly going into a marriage, especially to girls as young as 16! Think hard, you may make more money now but it's expensive to get divorced too.
Well think of it this way, if he dies (heaven forbid) you can get his benefits.
half of what? usually military people have nothing.
if he's in Irqa he makes a lot of money. My friends brother went to Iraq for 6 months and came back with almost 100,000 dollars.
Half? Only if you stay married for 10 years or more. Otherwise it is a sliding scale.
not if he is in the military he didn't. private contractors make that kind of money.

I hope you said no?
Wow. My husband and I just got married today. He's also in the military. And he could care less about the money. I mean yea, it's going to help with bills for our house and stuff but we got married because we love each other. And let me tell you. being apart is the hardest thing ever. so if he's only thinking about the money don't bother in putting yourself through a long distance relationship. seriously.
