Well, he said 'never be faithful', so chances are; he was either joking, or he's already cheated on you or will cheat. So either leave him, or accept that he'll cheat and carry on anyway. Personally I'd have made him an ex as soon as he said that and he wasn't joking, but you know, some people are cool with it. However, he did also say woman, so if you're a bloke you're fine.
