Today, my boyfriend texted me saying, "I can come over today. She thinks I've got work." I think he had the wrong number. FML

Wow ok if you're a quick thinker, this is the PERFECT opportunity to text him back with something like, "no thanks, I've got a date.". :)

god there's nothing i hate more than cheaters. i'm so sorry.

Consider it a gift from God that you found out by HIM telling you. Now you definitely know, and there's nothing to prove, believe, etc. I always hope that if someone is cheating on me that I get irrefutable proof that I can't confuse myself into not believing. That way, the guy can't hurt you without your knowledge. Good luck finding someone new who isn't going to treat you like that. You deserve better.

#54, sarcasm should be better placed in a world where tone is not a factor. There's no reason to assume it was sarcastic. #48, 1) He was talking about his mom, and wanted to come over to his GFs house. 2) He actually meant to send it to a guy friend, and was trying to hang out, but not cheat on his GF. 3) He actually is cheating on her. Or any other specific situations that may fit that we aren't aware of. Those are the obvious ones that apparently you weren't creative enough to come up with. I still stand by the literal interpretation of it, which should be assumed unless there's a reason not to. She doesn't know what's going on, even though it sounds like it could be bad.

lol, guys and girls do this all the time. In high school my buddies would tell their girlfriends that they had to work or stay home so we could have a guy day and go out and rage.

Ouch! but still don't jump to conclusions, maybe he has something planned out for you, it is possible.

i was thinking the same thing as #9 at first

I think I can safely say that having a boyfriend/girlfriend cheat on you is no longer an FML and have some people agree with me.
