Annoying though it is, it's probably better for you. in what mood would you be in to decide "y'know what I wanna do right now..." Throwing away thing from lost loved ones is always difficult, but is very necessary to heal.
No it's not. I've kept jewelry from my nan and look at photos and all sorts. I've "healed". It's perfectly fine to have such memories. You don't go throwing out home movies when someone passes away. It's called remembering them!
