I would SO do that! Except it would be on purpose, with my friends, & girls in tuxes w/ guys in fancy dresses. (yea, we're weird like that XD)
Its an FML not as much because its embarrassing but because he led her to think they were going somewhere nice and fancy and she was let down. I would be aggravated and that is something like my ex would have done
THIS! If OP's boyfriend said something about "going somewhere fancy" and was dead serious about it I'd be so pissed that I wasted time dressing up. If McDonald's was substituted for a park or hell, even a movie theater, this wouldn't be so bad. I'd rather risk getting the runs and go to Taco Bell than McDonald's.
I think I would be upset about this. I don't necessarily have to go to an expensive restaurant. However, if I'm dressing up I expect to go to a place a step above Mcdonald's.
