Most of the people are saying that this isn't an FML and more of a MLIA and that the guy was probably trying to make do with what little he had. . . but it doesn't really sound like that. I mean, the girl probably put more effort into the date for dolling herself up for the night and what does she get? A free trip to America's epitome of cheap food. This isn't even about the girl being materialistic =/ It sounds to me like she'd been fine with a date to McDonalds if it weren't for the fact that her expectations were raised so high, especially with him wearing the tux and all. Cheap and effortless for the guy.
