Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to shower with a female and not get ure hair wet. i've done that where I had to come home from my gf's without it looking obvious that we had shower sex

Of course it's possible. Find a spot where the water can't reach you, stay like a statue and let your girlfriend do all the rest. Or, don't turn the water on. Which option did you choose?

none, i simply didn't let the water hit my hair. aim the shower head lower where it can't hit it, problem solved

Y'know OP, it's possible to shower without getting your hair wet, it's called a shower cap. Your boyfriend should invest in a few.
