Maybe his ring was better than yours. I probably would have said no cause you didn't come up with the idea by yourself.
Your decision would be based on how they proposed? What about whether you love them and want to spend your life with them? You're an idiot.
That's an incredibly stupid idea. A marriage is between two people, not two pairs of people. It's presumptuous to think that they were going to say the same thing. If I were one of the girls, I'd be offended that I was being proposed to like this as if we were some quartet, and not individual couples. YDI
Yes, but proposals are what lead to marriage, idiot. It's supposed to be an act between two people, not four. I guess you can't see the big picture.
A proposal is supposed to be between one person and another person. If I was one of the girls, sitting there expected to say "yes" after two people who I don't know too well just said "yes", I'd be offended. I shouldn't have to say "yes" just because they did. Also, the fact that their proposal is integrated into mine is offensive too. Like I said, a proposal should be between two people, not four. But you're an emotionless left-brained programmer who can't see the emotional value of a proposal being exclusive between two people.
So if your best friend gets married, you will too? Sheep. Go parrot some more memes that you found on the internet. getPwned(you);
This is the year 2011, everyone uses object oriented programming. And I'm pretty sure they were both planning on proposing and decided to do it together since they were all so close and it was happening at the same time. I doubt one decided to propose just because the other did. Also, quoting Futurama is hardly internet memes. And yes, if my best friend was getting married I would too. We'd marry each other. I'd be happy to marry her.
There's no way the girls could have known the proposals were going to be together. And I meant that if your best friend decided to marry someone else, you'd want to marry someone else as well. A proposal is an intimate thing between TWO people, not four.
If my best friend decided to marry someone else I wouldn't want to marry someone else as well, I'd want to die! Why would you say such a horrible thing! I'm so upset I'm leaving. I don't normally get this upset from internet strangers, but strangers on the internet aren't usually so cruel. Why would you say such a thing? Why would she marry someone else? Is it because I'm too nerdy? Too thin? Like Batman too much? What am I saying, you can never like Batman too much. If anything I don't like Batman enough. Yeah, that must be it. Okay, I think I know what I need to do to keep her from marrying another man. I need to get more Batman stuff. Thank you stranger for helping me stop this terrible event from taking place. To the Batmobile!
Trolls knows I'm right and tries to dodge with nonsensical Batman-referencing humor.
I bet you couldn't even tell a DFS from a BFS, Mr. "I'm the best programmer in the world". The difference between using object-oriented programming and top-down programming is minuscule when compared with knowledge of algorithms. High-school AP Computer science certified, huh? Have fun working for geek squad.
Depth First Search is recursive, Breadth First Search is iterative. I'm in my fourth year of comp sci, and this term only have one mark back, but it was a 98 in CMPT 461 (Intractable Problems and Models of Computation). I also make video games in my spare time. I'm expecting about a 98 in 370 too (Intermediate Software Engineering), and I'm taking 400 right now (research class for honours), and am expecting my paper that I write for the class to be published.
What's your topcoder rating? I'm 1560 yellow
I'm only vaguely familiar with topcoder. I just try to learn all I can and in my spare time I'd rather make video games than participate in competitions, even though I can see the appeal / benefit. Not really worried about my resume not being good enough, not unless I'm going to try for some crazy job, and I like video games too much. Have yet to sell anything I've made, and I'm usually too busy to polish my games, but I'm working on a game now that I hope to complete and start selling in a couple months time. And I am hoping to make enough money on that that I can not get a job and just work at home making games. A bit of a dream, but in the words of John Lennon "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not."
Maybe she's not ready. In her view you both probably weren't together long enough to make her feel like she wants to be with you for the rest of her life.
i would've cussed her out,what a selfish bitch.
74. Lets make this plan and simple, shall we? You're an ass.
