Today, my cat brought yet another chipmunk into our house. She never kills them, so they stay in our house until we either capture them or they escape. So far, she's brought in three squirrels, four chipmunks, four mice, and a snake. FML

how did her face not get mauled by the chipmunks? they're pretty fair sized compared to a cat and they freak out when picked up.

This is not uncommon. My cat used to do the same too, but I got dead birds and squirrels. It's their way of expressing gratitude by bringing in gifts and offerings for you.

I havent had a cat in ages. but the last one I did always left me birds and squirrels on my front step! like thanks mittens! when I leave for work in the morning I love stepping on dead animals! haha,

this is why normal people prefer dogs. my German shepherd eats (literally) all the cats that people like you let roam the neighborhood to shit on other peoples' lawns. the way I see it, you people deserve it for not being responsible pet owners.

I agree with venom. PS people let their dogs shit on other people's lawns as well. Not every pet owner is responsible, regardless of the type of pet.

I agree with everyone who replied to #86's comment. And normal people also own cats... It makes me laugh how people say they hate cats on all these cat FML's. You guys only hate cats because they would rather do their own thing then listen to you and be trained like a dog. CATS ARE SMART!!!!!!!!!!! My cat we just adopted from a near-by humane society plays hide-&-seek with me and can see computer cursors. You cannot tell me she isn't smart....and she used to be homeless!! No one taught her this!!! I also have an 8-yr old Brittany Spaniel and she's equal to my cat. They are both tons of fun and make me laugh every day.

by the way 95 cats do shit in other ppl's yard cuz they do it in mine sometimes cuz they're strays and the neighbors feed em but still not agreein w/the idiot who lets her dog eat cats
