Today, my dad forgot me at cross country practice. When he got there two hours late, instead of apologizing, he said, "Hey, that's only the third time I've forgotten you at practice. You should be congratulating me." FML

Same thing different taste

Poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine

Today, as always, when my dad says he needs my help and that it will only take 15 minutes, it will actually take all day because he doesn't plan ahead. This has happened three times now, so this time I demanded he compensate me for my time if I have to drive out there. He called me an "entitled little shit" and hung up. FML

If you're a cross country runner, just be like Forrest and take your practice home! Run Forrest, Run!

Don't listen to anyone saying "run home". Grow some wings and fly home.

1st off cross country is no sport secondly u should be honored he came for u and award him with sandwiches

I say next time just run :) Don't forget to not congratulate your father; as a parent he should be responsible and pick you up on time.

That's what you get for choosing a sport meant for the special Olympics

you try running 3.1 miles in 18 min, or just go 7 non stop, don't dis >-CC-> prick

actually, I'm in the marines and run 10 miles on a regular basis and 3 mile runs are a weekly thing. so eat my dick.

I ran high school cross country. 3 mi. in 17:30? Could you do that mister "marines"?

#78: that's not that amazing. Get over yourself

I agree. If you can run across a whole country, getting home should be no problem.

you don't run across the country, you run 3.1 miles. and that's just the race. practice is anywhere between 4-10 miles.

be grateful he didnt forget you and leave you there like the first time
