Tell her you trust her and get her on the pill, that way you can be sure she doesn't come home with a bun in the oven. AND REMEMBER don't get mad at her for it, it was gonna happen sooner or later, anyway.

having sex at that age is not normal!!!!! people bragged about stuff that didn't happen but there are very few kids that age that actually do it. and the preaching of birth control is wrong for a 13 year' old. she is freakin' 13! it is stupid that you people are trying to pass off sex at 13 as a social norm because that is just flat out wrong.

i honestly don't think she's a bad parent if the girl wants to do something bad enough she's going to do it regardless of what the parent does about it, just talk to her and make sure shes using protection at all times and possibly get her on birth control. Yes she is 13 but she's already done it at least once and she will again so why not make sure she's safe. But let her know you don't like it because you don't want her thinking you condone it but your making sure she's not being stupid about it
