The OP could have gynecomastia which is the growth of abnormally large breasts in males. It is due to the excess growth of breast tissue, not excess fat tissue. My friend had it when he was younger due to anabolic steroid abuse and had to get them reduced.

my friend had to have breast deductions at the age of 16 he now had no nipples he had like a D cup.

If you haven't OP, have your testosterone levels checked. I went to an endocrinologist for Diabetes and in 30 seconds looking at me said I have moobs (yes that was his medical term), immediately said you have low testosterone and blood work confirmed it.
