If you've had him served with three sets of papers for restraining orders, it's absolutely you're own fault for moving into his building. Now not only do you have to move, but he can challenge any order you currently have against him, and any you make in the future because of it, as well as possibly have YOU jailed for causing a forced violation of the restraining order. People with restraining orders against them are required to have their address on file, and report a new address if they move. It's absolutely your own fault for not knowing where he lived in the first place.
That's Stupid. It's Called A Restraining Order For A Reason.
.
and will we make it to the wedding now that the new guy gets to deal with her old shag? maybe OP will be giving us an updated post in a few months. yay. also, it seems OP thinks she's hot, like three-restraining-order hot.
FYL, you'll have to move out.
holly crap. I hope you moved.

*Against. File three separate restraining orders against.
Well, 1) move, 2) have your bf protect you, or 3) have a competition and pick the winner. You should move though, your ex probably lived there before you, unless he moved there when he found out you were going to live there. Then you should definetly move.
