Today, my fiancé confronted me about our wedding arrangements. Apparently, if he's not allowed to wear a duct-tape tuxedo and have a Jesus impersonator as his best man, the wedding is off. FML

Hey guys, OP here. I agreed to the Jesus as the best man but not the tux. No, I'm not going to dump him or call the wedding off because of his ideas, since it isn't just the woman's day but his too. It isn't too terrible to have have a little spunk at Our wedding ;P

I believe that weddings are all about the joining of two people, not just females.

Well it's probably good you find out he's crazy now, instead of six months into your marriage. Congratulations on dodging that bullet.

Did you know he was a lunatic when you said yes? If so this seems like an extreme but within the expected limits of lunacy. Still FYL for him being this adamant. I hope these extreme demands aren't a way for him to try and break off the engagement without being man enough to talk to you.

Go with it then renew your vows later...

I agree with him. That sounds horrible. He'd be single in 3 seconds.

ill come to the wedding as Death and for the funeral as ...Death?

Tell him he can have his duct tape tuxedo, but he's not allowed to wear anything underneath and has to apply the tape directly to his skin. That should take care of Groom-zilla.

I don't see a problem, unless you are actually still considering marrying him. If so, 'til death do you part, FYL and YDI.
