Today, my five-year-old daughter told me she was going to throw up. I told her to rush to the bathroom. I followed her a few seconds later, only to find her sitting on the toilet and vomiting onto the floor. FML

You can't really blame OP, I think most people (or maybe just me) would say "go to the bathroom!" as a natural reaction, and in a situation like that you really wouldn't have time to think it through.

Look at the bright side, at least she was in the bathroom. Bathroom flooring is very easy to clean compared to carpet or a couch.
