Today, my friend asked me if she could borrow my laptop and I can pick it up later and I said ok. I stop by her house later and no one answers. The next-door neighbor says that she left to go live with her mom. She lives in Detroit. I live in Maine. FML

Laptop is a very personal thing, like a lingerie i must say. Why to give it to anyone at all? Find the bitch and smack her down.

funny how you start it off with "my friend" she doesnt sound too friendly

Yeah if she's your friend, then why didn't you know she moved to Detroit? That bitch sellin yo laptop on 8 mile!

Report it stolen. Seriously, your "friend" is a thief and has no intention of returning it to you.

Wow, uhm I live in Detroit, shall I find her for you? Do you know where her mom lives.

Lmfao @ #22. So true, so true.. I wouldn't expect it back if I were you. Call the police ASAP. I don't even let my brother use my laptop!

She would have had to be a close enough friend, for you to even consider letting her borrow her laptop. How did you not know she was moving with her mom? And yeah, no offense, she's a bitch.

I'll track the bitch down! I'm guessing she's not your friend anymore. I guess for her "borrow" means "steal". It coulda been a spur of the moment thing for her to go live with her mom. She might not even really move there especially not if it's detroit.

Aye that's theft, cut and dry. Figured she wasn't going to see you again and decided to nick your laptop? Call the police, definitely.

1) Did she say for how long she wanted to borrow it (even if it was a lie)? 2) Did she say where she was going (even if she didn't mention the reason)? If both of those are answered "yes", maybe hunt her down and beat her with a sharp stick. If either answer is "no", kill her. /not serious
