Today, my friends and me had a little water balloon fight and somehow it led to throwing water balloons at cars. We all decided to hit a car all at once, after one came by we all hit it. The car stopped and started flashing bright blue lights. We ended up hitting an off-duty police car. FML

Today, a couple of friends and I were driving around town and saw a lady who had accidentally backed her car up onto a concrete wall. Laughing, we all turned to look as we passed and I drove straight into a parked police car that had stopped to help her. FML

Today, it was raining heavily. I saw a large puddle by the edge of the road near with a passing lady. Thinking it would be funny to splash her, I swerved to hit the puddle. The puddle was deeper than I thought. I lost control of the car, spun out, and hit two parked cars. FML

Today, while driving extremely fast on a road in the middle of nowhere, I started to go down a hill. Noticing a police car at the bottom, I slammed my brakes and blew a tire in the process. It turns out the police car was an old cutout used to trick people. FML

Why on earth would you throw projectiles at other people's moving vehicles? That's a dangerous and dickish thing to do. You utter, utter idiots. I hope you get a conviction that you have to explain to any future employers. #2 I don't know about whichever country this happened in, but if it were in mine I'm sure some kind of assault law, or vandalism, or SOMETHING that covers causing a danger on the roads, would cover it, if there isn't a direct "throwing projectiles at traffic" law.

I'm pretty sure what OP and his friends did could be classified under vandalism, and/or assault with a deadly weapon (I know it's silly but if garden hoses and penises can be considered deadly weapons, to each his own). OP: You and your friends are dicks. No matter how harmless it seems, it will cause trouble. What if you threw water balloons on a freshly-washed car? Now they have to dry it off again before spots form.
